The Price Of This Miracle Serum Will Blow Your Mind

I'll fork over my liver for the promise of clear skin.  In practice, that usually means paying between $50-150 for a pea-sized bottle, and being really pissed about it. My cabinet is chalk full of overly-hyped products claiming to be the cure-all for my dry, sensitive, acne prone skin - I'm living proof that you can advertise just about anything that tugs at my insecurities and I'll buy it.  There was no way I could predict that I would soon be swearing by a no frills men's aftershave serum after all these years becoming a self-proclaimed beauty buff. After ripping apart the internet for a solution to my perpetually irritated skin, I surreptitiously stumbled upon Beautipedia's 5 star review of Dr. Carver's Miracle Repair Serum  and was shocked to learn the price.

The serum is marketed as an anti-inflammatory post-shave product by Dollar Shave Club, but it's actually an amazing serum for all sexes. It's rich with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients like blueberry and pomegranate extract, cypress berry, white and green tea, solomon's seal, and so much more. (Side note - I've actually been on the hunt to find a product with the anti-glycation effects of blueberry and the protective effects of green tea for years and have constantly come up short). To top it off it contains a high concentration of the moisturizing all-star, hyaluronic acid, in addition to being fragrance free and super lightweight. And it plays well with everyone - the serum works amazingly well for the sensitive, dry, and oily. Ok so now for the best part of all - the price! The entire (generously sized) bottle will only cost you $12. The fact that it’s so comparatively inexpensive and surpasses so many other expensive serums in quality is sort of absurd. Think of how many brunches you can now afford! *This post is not an ad, because f*** that. It's just a little ode to my latest skin savior.
