Growth Marketer (full-time)

Location: San Francisco, CA


  • We are looking for an enthusiastic highly motivated and digital growth marketer to help scale Mirra’s brand and marketing efforts.

  • You will decide where and how we spend our marketing dollars for most impact. You will execute an experiment-based growth process to improve acquisition, retention, and referrals and will work directly with the founder, Katia Ameri.


  • Develop and lead creative marketing campaigns

  • Run our weekly newsletter (oversee our writing team, and manage list engagement)

  • Grow our weekly newsletter from 100k to 1M subscribers

  • Run analytics to answer key strategic growth questions (e.g., what behaviors/demographics predict customer LTV)

  • Launch, test, analyze, optimize and scale paid social customer acquisition campaigns when we launch skincare products early 2019

  • Experiment constantly to identify and refine acquisition channels and optimized conversion funnels

  • Maintain and improve daily / weekly / monthly KPI dashboard to monitor and analyze campaign performance

  • A/B test traditional and creative ideas on how to grow our core KPIs

  • Lead our referral marketing efforts to drive word of mouth growth

  • Execute and implement our SEO strategy (a solid grasp of how blogging, PR, social media, content partnerships and on-page optimization go hand-in-hand with SEO)

  • Explore new areas! Once you’re fully onboarded, you’ll have the opportunity to explore uncharted territories (should we start a youtube channel? Move into nutrition? We’re open!)

  • Based in San Francisco, CA. (If you’re based in Los Angeles, we may make an exception).


  • BA or BS degree from a four-year university (quantitative disciplines preferred)

  • 2-3 years of growth marketing experience

  • Execution focused and comfortable acting as a one (wo)man show in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

  • Experience with product marketing and email marketing a strong plus

  • Effective at implementing and measuring channel success (cohort analysis, LTV)

  • Versatile. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional and iterative environment while juggling multiple responsibilities,

  • Data-driven, but equally creative and instrumental in driving growth for both our content efforts and product sales

  • Excellent editing and copywriting skills

  • Growth mindset & self-starter -- and a desire to be the best at what you do!
